Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 5% transaction fee. Payout takes 1–3 days.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% transaction fee plus a 5% cancellation fee — amounting to 10% in total. Payout takes 1–3 days.

Fringe / bangs wigs do not qualify for a full refund, as they can be worn undetectably. They qualify for a 70% refund, terms and conditions apply.
