Shipping Policy
The client has the option to collect from the store, take delivery, or use a courier.
Shipping information and a waybill number are provided once the order departs our facilities. Please note that once a package leaves our store and is received by the courier (Namcourier, Hardap Freight, Express, DHL, FedEx, Formula Couriers, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to track and follow up on their package.
Our standard preparation and shipping time frame is 3–5 working days if the hair is available in-store.
For made-to-order units, orders take 3–4 weeks with no delays along the way. All orders are subject to risk and fraud analysis.
Our company cannot be held accountable for any packages lost or stolen in courier transit. Courier insurance is available on request.
