Refund & Return Policy
Beautiful Luxury Nam has a strict no return or refund policy after 7 days of receiving the package. This is due to scams as well as health, safety and hygiene concerns. Please make sure you are ordering the correct wig, and review the item before you pay for it.
If there is any issue with the package, please communicate it within 7 days of receiving it and we will gladly accept the return and fix it with no extra charges, provided that:
- the lace has not been cut;
- the wig or product has not been worn or tampered with;
- it is still in its original form and packaging.
The shipping fee is not refundable, and a 5% bank charge applies on any refund.
If a customer finds a problem with the hair and does not communicate it within 7 days of receiving the wig, it is considered wear and tear and we will not be liable.
If you choose to do an exchange, your new wig is sent once the original is received back.
No refunds for hair dye, hairline customising or wig-size adjustments, due to the labour applied.
