Have you permanently moved from Windhoek?

At the moment, yes — our branch has moved to Ongwediva, Maroela Mall, Unit F36. We do, however, keep a few units on display in Windhoek at Maerua Mall, MA Hair Salon (2nd floor, opposite Hungry Lion).

Do you rent out wigs?

Yes we do — in both Windhoek and Ongwediva. Options are limited and depend on the availability of the unit.

How do I build a wig on the website?

It’s quite easy — just follow the steps on the Build page. We’ve made it as simple and transparent as possible. For any queries, contact us on +264 81 276 3416.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. No distance is a barrier.

Can I colour the hair?

Yes. The hair is 100% human hair and can be bleached and coloured, provided it’s done with safe products by a hair professional.

Do you need any ambassadors?

We’re not seeking ambassadors at the moment, but once we are, we’ll announce it on our social pages.

Can I pay extra for a rush / short-notice order?

For quality’s sake, every order follows a fine, delicate process, and unfortunately we don’t cater for urgent orders — extra payment isn’t an option for this.

What if I receive a unit I’m not happy with — can I return, refund or exchange it?

In the unlikely event you receive a wig you aren’t happy with, you have 7 days to revert to us. The 7-day window starts once the wig is sent out from our headquarters. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Do you offer discounts for bulk buyers or resellers?

We don’t have fixed bulk prices, but we do offer discounts depending on how much you’re spending and the quantities involved.

Can I lay-by a wig?

Yes! We offer lay-by with a minimum deposit of 60% of the total and a duration of 3 months. Please refer to our Lay-Buy Policy for more.

How long will my wig last?

All units have a long lifespan depending on how they’re cared for. For bleached or tinted frontals, closures or wefts, some shedding is normal — especially if you customise the unit yourself. To avoid this, order a pre-coloured unit coloured professionally at the factory. Longevity depends on you: brush gently every day, wash when it feels dull (about once a month), and use quality shampoos and hair masques to retain moisture.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders take between 5–20 working days to prepare and ship, depending on availability of the hair, styling and colour.

What if the wig doesn’t fit?

Most units are pre-made using two standard cap types (a traditional net cap and a breathable dome cap). For adjustments or special requests, please specify everything before the order is placed — though changes can still be made after you receive the unit.

Can I try the wig on before buying?

For readily available units, yes — visit us in Ongwediva (Maroela Mall, Shop F36). If you’re in another town, we don’t send out units that aren’t fully paid for, so please request all the photos you need to be sure. We also keep a few units in Windhoek at Maerua Mall, MA Hair Salon (opposite Hungry Lion).
